You Never Know Who You Inspire.

In a previous post I discussed Should You Become A Life Coach?

Today I received a text message from a previous client who I certified as a life coach through my company The EnTribe. 

This is a man who is very strong but with a gigantic heart and a beautiful family. He put everything on the line to get through the 7-day training and he was a superstar; which I do not say lightly. He suits the industry very well. 

He said, he saw me in public and it triggered him to have a sudden burst of confidence.

He was on his way to his brand new clients 3rd session but due to his workload, he was feeling a bit overwhelmed and not sure if he could deliver. [This is why we all need coaches]

This is a VERY normal feeling when you first start ANY service business. 

This client was coaching for free to gain experience and because this person was really struggling. When you first start coaching you need to gain experience similar to workplace training.

But he said, he saw me, I waved at him in his car driving past and part of his amazing text said "[I] got my shit together and walking in with the mindset remembering who the f*** I am and that I CAN do this...guess what happened? I cruised through that session somehow knowing exactly what to say and what to do!

Isn't it interesting how we can be an inspiration for others without sometimes not even knowing about it?"

Our job is to plant seeds of awesome into other people's lives. Then turn over that power and let it do its thing in the heart of that person. Sometimes those seeds will die, wither, and disappear but the ones that grow strong roots are the seeds that change lives.

Cliche as it sounds it is true.

You never know who you inspire and it's not your job to go looking; just plant everyday.
