Have you ever had a time where you've thought about something but then never taken action on it?
I know many people who are constantly thinking about what to do next and even planning on the next steps to take but the results never change.
Often this is the source of tremendous frustration, angst, worry, stress, and confusion.
But that is because of not understanding that your thoughts are only half of the equation and that thinking alone will not be enough to spur you into the action.
There is something missing.
It's the blend of the right type of thoughts (inspired thinking versus disempowering thinking) and attaching emotion to the right type of thought.
Your actions are an expression of thoughts that have been mixed with emotion on a subconscious level.
Unless you impress your thoughts into your subconscious mind (what the Greeks referred to as the "heart of hearts") and by doing so mix it with emotion, your thoughts will remain just that, thoughts parked on a bench watching the world go by.
Never to partake in the adventure of seeing if those beautiful, magnificent ideas bare fruit for you.
When you do step out and act on your ideas a truly marvelous thing happens you get more inspired from the experience you just had and feel motivated to continue and fuel the journey.
