It’s not difficult to make someone’s life a little easier.

There’s a business I used to support but it’s just getting harder and harder to get the basic offering fulfilled. 

He’s in a crowded market place where people are not loyal. 

The slightest in-congruence, effort, or promise not kept may be overlooked once and if he’s lucky he may get a second chance but it’s unlikely as going online provides multiple pathways for both the wholesaler and customer.

He may be aware of this but he does not wake to the fact and I fear it will cost him, despite the chats.

What can we learn?

Raise your bar. 

Raise your standards.

Be a pleasure to work with and don’t make things harder than they need to be.

The more complicated you make it the quicker you go out of business.
