Ask yourself "is your goal worthy of your time?"
Not "is this goal worthy of me?"
You have limited time so don't waste it pursuing something that doesn't constitute an excellent trade.
Weak goals have no magic or power in them and are the reason people fail at goal achievement.
You know it's the right goal when it scares the heck out of you and excites you at the same time.
The reason?
Simple.
The scary portion is outside your realm of conditioning, experience or current reality, which is also known as the comfort zone.
Therefore you will not have any clue as to how to achieve this goal.
If you do know how you will it is no longer a goal and becomes a milestone or objective which lacks the strength a real goal possesses.
The scary also represents a foreign idea in your conscious mind that rubs against your subconscious conditioning which is where the feelings of worry, anxiety, doubt, and fear stem from.
But the alluring promise of "what if I achieved that goal" brings forth feelings of hope, enthusiasm, and possibility.
This is the exciting part.
Instead of asking yourself "what if I didn't achieve it" flip the question and ask yourself "what if I did?"
Then begin at once.
